This past Sunday was great! About 30 people went on our Youth trip to Gentry’s Farm in Franklin. We had an awesome time there enjoying the near perfect weather and the company of each other. Thank You to everyone who joined us on this trip and a special thank you to Jack and Ashley who did a great job putting the outing together!
This Sunday will be a L2L Sunday with Morningside at 12:30 and L2L events at 3:30. We will be working on Mass Media Audio Presentations and for those not working on that event we will be making cards for Good Samaritan. Following L2L there will be a devotional for all youth groups at 5pm before the evening service.
Saturday October 22nd will be our annual Fall Fest at the home of Cleveland and Tammy Patterson. There will be a bonfire, hayride, games, costume contests, and more. This event is sponsored by the Youth but everyone in the congregation is invited to attend. Festivities begin at 3pm.
Also coming up at the end of the month is our annual Trunk or Treat. It will be Sunday night October 30th after the evening service. Following the candy give away will have finger foods in the annex. We hope everyone will take advantage of all the activities planned this fall.
